The Board directs the superintendent and all other employees of the Board to take action to prevent discrimination against any employee on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin, genetic information, marital status, or disability or because of the employee’s pregnancy or related childbirth and medical conditions. The Board directs the superintendent or his/her designee to take measures to inform every applicant for employment of the Board's policy to hire only individuals who are United States citizens or aliens authorized to work in the United States, and that there will be no discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin, genetic information, marital status, or disability or because of the employee’s pregnancy or related childbirth and medical conditions, handicap or national origin. Any applicant who feels that he/she cannot work with, supervise, or work under the supervision of other employees of any race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin, genetic information, marital status, or disability or because of the employee’s pregnancy or related childbirth and medical conditions handicap or national origin should not actively seek employment in Frankton-Lapel Community Schools.
