Homecoming is next week!  The theme is cartoons!  Class colors are:  seniors-white, juniors-black, sophomores-grey, freshmen-gold.

Dress up days are: Monday-pajama day, Tuesday-hawaiian day, Thursday-camo, Friday-wear your class colors.

Next Wednesday is a teacher professional development day.  Students do NOT have school!

The Lapel Show Choir will make its debut at the Lions Club Fish Fry on Saturday, September 19, at 7:30.

After having lost 20 seniors,  I am happy to say the "new kids on the block" have done a great job learning music

and choreography.  We'd love to see you in the audience.

Any Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior or Senior need to make sure your class dues are paid. $20 per year. Please pay your class sponsor.

Future dates- Homecoming dance will be  Saturday, September 26 from 7:00-9:00PM. 

Chromebook Insurance is highly recommended and still available to purchase for the 2026-27 school year. The required form is available in the LHS Office. Students may pick up the form in the LHS Media Center.   The cost is $40 per Chromebook, and payment may be sent to school with the student. Cash or checks written to Lapel High School are accepted in the LHS Office during school hours.
